I’m grateful for…
A lovely cafe breakfast on a Sunday morning. Ah!

These lovely folks are some friends that live near us. You may recognise Amaya from some pictures with Abby a few months ago. They are very excitedly awaiting the arrival of a new addition to their family, due at the end of November. Unfortunately the rain got us in the end today, but I hope you like the sneak peek!

These two families were an absolute delight to photograph. The two girls had got together to plan a present for their mum in the form of family portraits of each of their respective families. I think the “big” cousins had fun entertaining the “little” cousins. The smiles were all genuine! I hope you enjoy the sneak peek, and thanks so much for letting me be a part of your special present for nanna.

I’m grateful for…
Naps. They seem to help cure most problems that 2 year olds have.

These two cuties are cousins, Caleb and Emily. Caleb has featured in one of my earlier posts with his mum and dad. They were both such sweet kids for me and you could tell how much they enjoyed each other’s company. Oh, and it must be a boy thing- Caleb thought the dandelion flower would look much better growing out of his ear. What a little joker. I’ll catch up with you soon Sue.

….and his mum and dad. These guys are alot of fun and gave my camera and me a good workout, trying to capture this little moving target in the shape of a boy. Afterwards Max and my daughter Abby took pictures of each other with my camera. Very cute. I was helping to hold it naturally. Thanks for waiting so long for your sneak peek!

Pre-made cookie dough. Found a brand that looks healthy-ish and the results are delish. Yum.

These two funny boys are brothers and sharp eyes may recognise them from another post. They are good friends of ours and yes, my daughter still loves chasing after them. Here they are being delightfully themselves.

Scones… hmm.

I’m grateful for…
My husband who is full of good ideas. Pizza for dinner is always a good idea.

Today I had the pleasure of lolling about on the greenest grass in Brisbane, with this cute-as-a-button 1 year old. Her mum was up from Sydney, visiting relatives. I hope the trip home goes well for you tomorrow! I can’t wait to see what Matilda is up to next time you are up this way.
